Hi, I’m Stacey Quick, online fitness coach, founder of Mustard Fitness. Why fitness? Good question! Why even bother? Firstly it reduces the risk of
numerous physical and mental health conditions including cancer, heart
disease, depression, obesity, and high blood pressure. It slows down how quickly your body ages meaning you live longer. Secondly, your quality of life is greatly
improved. It makes you physically and mentally more active. It improves your
sleep. And my personal favorite, it gives you the ability to dance all night. Thirdly, and if you really need any more convincing. It makes you look and feel
awesome. Why online fitness? Convenience! We all
like a little bit of convenience don’t we? With Workout Labs as my personal training platform, you, the client, will
have access to your own personal fitness calendar; easy-to-follow workouts,
complete with full exercise instructions and constant contact with me your
personal trainer. All of this without having to look at my cheesy grin every training day. Why Mustard Fitness? Simply put, it works. I have an immeasurable passion
for helping people achieve their goals. I like to keep fitness fun and enjoyable
meaning I’ve long ridded the idea of mundane and monotonous workouts. My methodology is that every training day should have a goal, every training day
should be new, and every training day should be specifically designed with
absolute precision to fit the needs of my clients. Finally, the education of my clients is paramount. I’d like to teach the ins and
outs of every exercise and why my client is performing that exercise so that one
day their personal fitness can be in their own hands.
