    Tried it once, its not for me, although Im a regular user. I could see myself going for a run while high, but the amount of pressure in a workout sounds dizzying when high

    Shit video. All you said is it's bad, because it makes you dizzy so you might hurt yourself. People want to know if it effects protein synthesis negatively or positively? Does it help sour muscles? No decent question answered.

    i work out for years while high on weed, i dont think it affects my performance at all. However i do get lot of cuts and scratches especially on legs, seems like every machine is in my way.

    If you have ever ACTUALLY seen people hitting a bong or smoking a harsh joint, the reason not to smoke Pot is clear. Pot screws up your lungs over the long term and it lowers your endurance. Do NOT screw up your lungs, time reduces your ability to breath until at the age of 60 you have lost 20 % of your 'vital capacity'. Why do you think they call it VITAL capacity ? Because it doesn't matter if your mess up your vital capacity or do you think maybe that lung volume capacity is VITAL to the existence of everyone's life ??????

    I think weed can make you very intense in whatever you do, but you have focus on actually doing it and then it can be powerful. Focusing though is difficult, but it's doable.
    What I do a lot is go workout after downing some edibles, by the time they kick in I'm mostly finished, do some stretching already high with some great music, then go to the sauna. When I get home I have to carry my bike and stuff up to the 4th floor, which is pretty difficult after a legday for example, but when I'm high I can unfocus my mind from the carrying and totally ignore it and just arrive like it was nothing. As an example to my thesis

    I started training again since last month im 25 years old and smoke on a daily basis at first i didnt know how it would go being high while lifting weights but to be honest i do get very concentrated with my sets and i really focus on completing the set even when i barely can so yes its mostly in the head when i go sober i get distracted by the smallest things and feeling to tired after just 30 minutes

    I smoke weed once a week if that and it is only on days i do high intensity workouts. THC allows me to focus in on each muscle I am working, the quality of my workout, and I am able to pump out more reps or run further than when I'm not high. The hardest part is not becoming reliant on it lol otherwise I start smoking every workout, then every day, and then my mind gets foggy and I lose motivation to get off the couch… Stay mentally, physically, and spiritually fit people.     I smoke daily about 3/4 grams and I always go into low blood pressure when I’m on cuts, a lot of different strains help with reducing appetite so it helps with those sugar cravings 👍🏽

    Motor impairment really depends on the person. I move around better after smoking. Generally hurt myself less. Just more self aware when I'm relaxed enough to focus.

    I used to love weed I would do everything while high. It was fun until I started to get really bad anxiety from smoking it. Since I quit I feel amazing 😉

    I smoke a couple grams before and mid work out to go in to what I can only explain as a zen like state (Bruce lee used hash for this)
    I have been asked if I take steroids but the only performance enhancing stuff I use is weed and strong coffee 👍

    I QUIT ALCOHOL AFTER A SHORT TERM USAGE, 10 YRS BUT I HAVE SMOKED POT FOR THE PAST 50 YRS OFF AND ON DEPENDING PISS TEST FOR EMPLOYMENT. 30 DAYS TOO DETOX POT. NOT A HABITUAL USER, BUT FAR LESS HARMFUL THAN ALCOHOL. IT IS HARD ON MY THROAT AND LUNGS IF USED FOR EXTENDED PERIODS

    You might just not be studying people are really athletic. No I don't mean ppl who workout, etc. People who win, place or show or have won and did things others could not do when they were younger. I use it quite frequently for these long rides but I am over 45, so the effects of repairing damaged tissues, dealing with DOMS, reducing inflammation may be more pronounced as people get older.

    I'd love to see someone my age, 1964, compared to me, my fitness and other measures. Might be quite different than these narrow tests indicate.

    Personal opinion it is down to tolerance and how the person uses the cannabis on a day-to-day basis if they do not use it frequently enough it can make people act stupid and forget or even make people dangerously stupid in the aspect of hurting their self

    But personally I used cannabis for PTSD and I use everyday I have gone to the gym and I believe it helps in the aspect of repairing the muscles in the way of taking the pain away etc I don't know any side difficult research so I'm not going to say scientifically

    I believe it's down to the person and how much they use and how much the body can handle as there should be tests especially with driving etc as well as I know a lot of good drivers that smoke cannabis and it doesn't affect them in any way!!! It's down to each person individually defo

    It depend on the strain and your tolerance to me. You can’t smoke a lot of something hella strong if your tolerance isn’t high then go to the gym and expect peak performance. With me there’s like a sweet spot when I’m high that allows me to focus and push myself way more than I usually would.

    Being high while I work out really gets me zoned in. You gotta use it wisely and not let it control you. You just can’t be all high and be all stuck standing around just wasting that high. Enjoy it and put it to use! Helps me more with mind-muscle connection. Stay faded my friends and keep pushing them weights 💯

    Non stim-pre workout, blaze, music= 100% in my zone. Fuck what all the nubes are talking about. If your not a pothead do one hit and it will enhance your focus. I lift heavy by myself all the time so it's an educated risk on or off weed, people need to try it before they knock it or just remain in the dark about a great natural substance.

    For me I can’t go to the gym high because it makes me so calm & chill (no matter sativa, indica or hybrid.. there’s no difference for me I’m weird) and I don’t have the rage I need to lift. The 2 times I tried I felt like I didn’t workout at all and kept zoning out.

    Its funny cannabis has been in my life since my 14. I'm 27 now. I have never gotten the chance to own a car. Have spend my life running, power walking and on bicycles. Sound depressing to some. But I grew up in Puerto Rico, in the jungle part of Bayamon and Guaynabo gettho. I spend most my broke jungle ass working out and cultivating. When I began to smoke, I turn into a drug encyclopedia, i got pick up by thug and became one around the street and lost all my family because of farming and consumption . Funny fact, Cannabis help me in all. It cures my daily body pain and burn skin. Sedate my stomach and mind, when it come to workout. It doesn't give munchies. It cure my depression, anxiety, adhd and lonelyness and it gave me a set of skills and tons of respect something my family never gave me. Weed is not just chill sensation is a miracle enlightment. It give you all and door to other magnificent herbs like psilocybin and ayuhuasca.

    One of the few videos of yours I've watched, and I find it really interesting that you think it's a bad idea to lift heavy weights while under the influence of cannabis despite the statistics you go over for PROFESSIONAL athletes, people that exercise and potentially weightlift for a living. You have your own opinions and I respect that, just not the conclusion that I would have expected
