We’re gonna go straight into our first exercise Our first move for today is standing marches This is one of those ones that helps you tone your abs and also helps you with fat burning at the same time Put your arms in that on guard position and pull your knee up to go in between your elbows Let’s go your alternating legs really suck in your abs and feel those muscles working as you do this if you don’t feel it Right away. Don’t worry the more you do this workout the more control You’re going to gain over your core raise your knee as much as you can. Bring those elbows down That looks good. That looks so good You’re doing awesome don’t worry your pace is good. Keep raising your knee one at a time bringing your elbows down I love what you’re doing. That was so good. We’re going next into ball shots. This whole workout is a killer It’s combining your fat burning’ with your ab toning in one If you cannot jump do the modification on the right where there is no jumping let’s go Pretend you are picking up a ball from right beside your toe and then throw it When you jump if you’re jumping make sure you line in the front of your foot and then shift your weight back into your heel Keep a slight bend in your knee as you land and as you take off Throw that ball that looks awesome keep going keep going keep going you can do it Make sure you’re moving when that timer hits zero that looks good. You’re almost there five minutes, but it will change your life That was awesome Next up we have figure eight raises you’re going to interlock your fingers and you’re going to make the infinity symbol with your arms It’s almost like an eight sideways as you do that. Raise one leg at a time. Keep your core engaged Your core is what’s going to keep your whole body balanced throughout this movement That looks good, you’re writing an eight but sideways Raise that knee raise it up your goal is to get your thigh to be parallel to the floor That’s how high you wants to be raising your knees Perfect. We are starting this round with a simple seesaw If you’re unable to do the seesaw You see on the left do the modification you see on the right both are effective Just pick what fits your fitness level and goal as best as you can If you’re doing the seesaw, you want to put your your your wrists right where your booty is? This is going to elevate your heart. It’s gonna get your heart pumping. That’s what we want shuffle and pump Perfect. Bring that knee up touch your knee to your elbow if you’re unable to touch your knee to your elbow go through your own Range of motion. That’s all you ever need to do. That looks so awesome. You’re almost done with this workout Our next move is going to go back to the floor. I know this is intense We’re gonna go to the floor now for some cross climbers You’re going to be in a full plank position and you’re pulling your knee to your opposite elbow Making sure your core stays engaged the whole time Do as many as you can you have only one more move after this and this workout is complete pull that knee towards your elbow You’re doing amazing. That’s really good you Are sticking it through and that is what it’s all about. Keep Pulling that knee in Beautiful Very good when you put your legs Ward the back make sure your legs are wide nice and far apart Last move of the day don’t think about it just be about it No How many you want to do in your mind do your number and then you can watch me suffer the rest of the time? How many are you gonna do you decide let’s go we have burpees Step your feet out step them in little hop. You don’t even have to jump very high If your toes leave the floor it counts and if you’re unable to jump you don’t have to jump you can simply Put your body down and stand back up raise your hands and that counts too.     Hey babe, I love your workouts I've been doing a combination of them lately for about 2 weeks already!!! And I have seen the change, it's a process but if I know if I'm consistent with my meal plan, workouts, and a gallon of water every day I KNOW I will see more results. Question? Can a warm up be dancing? Or zumba?or twerking lol
