    thanks so much for these videos. they are beyond amazing. I still remember not being able to get 'it' up. I used to cry myself to sleep at night and was constantly depressed because I could not satisfy my partner, but ever since I started doing these stretches my sex life has flourished. My wife loves the new me 😀 my career as an underwater welder is finally kicking off (something I've always wanted to do) and overall I feel great ! thanks again for posting these videos 😍😍

    when doing full squat stretch, can the back be that round or straight? I saw other youtube video saying that you shouldn't stretch like that….

    Thanks for this. Doing it every day lately and really helps with my neck pain (maybe the shoulder stretches?) in addition to rolling my upper back with a peanut.

    I have a question about the rear hand clasp. This stretch feels incredibly tight and hard to get into a position that feels comfortable (like im actually getting a stretch) on my right side only, my left is much more flexible for some reason. Is there an alternative to it, or perhaps a way to ease my way into it better?
