SMALL BUTT ➟ What No One Tells You About Getting Big

This was the photo. That started me on my booty growth journey so I think we can all agree that I have come a very long way from where I started and I’m okay with where I am right now. I’m not trying to change anything I’m very okay but there are certain things that I learned the hard way and I see a lot of you on my bootie program learning this the Hard way as well, so I thought I would just make this video and save you some stress how you subscribed yet Please subscribe to happy notes already. I really appreciate that. Number one growing Your booty is a two-step process step one is doing the booty program to get your booty to the juicy level that you wanted to be at then step two is Now losing the extra fat that you will inevitably gain in the process of growing your booty I didn’t know this I didn’t notice I was just like my booty is looking nice and then I reached my goal and I was like, oh wait There’s also some extra fat now. I have to lose that so that’s something you need to know going in Just keep that in your mind It’s a two-step process in that Second part where you’re trying to lose the excess fat that you’re probably going to gain in the process of growing your booty Did you know you’re not gonna go back to where you started but your booty when you lose the extra fat in your step 2? It’s going to be slightly smaller than your booty was when you’ve finished the booty program So you’re gonna be somewhere in the middle and it’s a very sad day when you realize that oh my gosh like it’s bigger It’s juicier. It’s better, but it’s not the same as it was when you were eating two three hundred calories extra every day Trying to grow your butt. Number two. This is even worse. There is no way to say this in a gentle way So I’m just gonna say this very aggressively if you workout to grow your booty Guess what? You have to workout to maintain you Buie in the personal training world We have a fancy word for this we call this reversibility if you stop working out when you reach your goal Guess what’s gonna happen? You’re gonna go straight back to where you started from and this applies to all types of exercise not just booty Exercises you have to maintain your results and you maintain your results by continuing to do booty exercises It’s basically a lifetime sentence of doing glute bridges You’re not gonna do as much work to maintain your booty as you have to do To get your booty to the size you want but you do have to do something I’ve seen some comments where people are like I did two workouts. I got to my goal and now three months later I’m back to where I started. Well, it’s because you stopped working out you can’t stop working out You need to keep working out forever number three lifting heavy is extremely important if you are a professional bodybuilder a bikini competitor and Athlete or it is your job to lift heavy things for the rest of us normal people It’s not about lifting heavy, especially in the beginning in the beginning It is about your work volume when you hear people say lift heavy lift heavy. They’re not talking to you They’re not talking to me. They’re talking to their fellow bodybuilders their fellow bikini competitors their fellow weight lifters There are fellow athletes. They’re not talking to those of us that still low-key like McDonald’s They’re not for us Especially if you’re a beginner What you need to focus on is your work volume your work volume is how much time or how many reps of an exercise you can do at a weight that is challenging or you the weight that’s challenging for you may or may not be heavy for some people 15 pounds is Challenging 20 pounds is challenging. I think you may be surprised to hear that when I use ankle weights for my exercises I never go higher than two and a half pounds per ankle You’re not gonna catch me with ten pounds on my ankles saying I’m doing something no I’m not Lifting heavy is just one way to have high work volume It’s not the only way number five you can be low-carb and keto and grow your booty So if you’re doing a low-carb diet or you’re doing a keto type of thing and it is working for you You’re enjoying it you like it. You don’t have to come off of that just to do booty building It’s not necessary. You can continue to do your Aikido thing Just make sure your protein is on point make sure your macros are on point and your body will respond Keep in mind carbs and fat are not the devil. There are not anything special There are just energy sources for your body if you’re doing low-carb, but keto and it’s working for you It just means your body does well Getting energy from fat. So if your body already does well getting energy from fat just get your macros Correct. Stay on your keto low carb lifestyle and get your results. You don’t have to switch diets just to grow your booty This is a bonus one that I wasn’t gonna say before because it’s a little bit trivial But it is a thing that happens when your great booty to a certain point It’s going to be impossible to find jeans that actually fit they will never fit at your waist because your proportions are not What the manufacturers expect the only way would be to either buy really expensive jeans Or buy jeans you can afford and then have to be adjusting the waist neither which is really something that I like but I feel like it’s a It’s a good problem to have but just keep that in mind.     Hi Kola. I am a new mom and i am trying to Lose the belly fat, i have come a long way and lost a lot of it but the middle section of my belly is still protruding. I just discovered its becoz i have Diastasis Recti. I see how tight your belly is after a baby. I want to get that result too. But i was told crunches or sit ups is not right when u have Diastasis Recti. Whats your advice for me?

    Ugh I have struggling all my life with this issue. I can get a bigger and rounder butt to save my life…. I tried everything and nothing works…… I have a fast metabolism. I have 2 kids with one on the way. My belly fat won't budge for nothing. My waist is stuck at 34 inches no matter what I do or try… If you have any advice please help and thank you for videos….. You are an inspiration …..

    I’m an “apple shape” which means I have a flat ass, muffin top and belly fat. Did the booty combined with hip dip workouts for a month, had to go a size up to fit my bum and hips but my jeans are baggy on my waist!! I love it! New me who dis?? Thank you!

    The #3 reason is always twisted and covered with lies, you know those lines: "I work out and eat almost nothing yet i do not lose any weight" or "I was skinnier than you but after the childbirth I gained weight". Having great body is like having great career or great relationship – it needs constant maintenance. There's no need to apologize, lie or look for excuses when the results speak for themselves. In the end, YOU are the one getting hurt the most.

    So I have a question. I’m trying to get a butt but also trying to flatten my tummy. I’m average weight if not underweight. Should I start by fattening my tummy out or can I work out both?

    This is so true I start doing a booty workout I hit my Kg that I wanted then my stomach is not flat as it was before 😐😐😐 I have now a fat belly and this is the worst thing that I did to my life at all , now I want a flat stomach lol

    I don’t have booty problems like I have a naturally big booty and when I workout I see the results first in my butt , arms and waist,,, but abs are problematic to me! Can you do the same video for abs

    Yes I have been working out and all my clothes are now big at the waist, I didn't expect such a quick transformation. My body has sculpted very fast. Amazing. I miss my butt from before though. 🙁

    Okay someone help me please! I'm focusing on one of her old videos for hip dips and it's been awhile since she posted it and I'm in the comments asking but no one watches it no more the problem that I'm having is that when her work out she says i will feel the pain in my leg that is on the floor BUT I DON'T! I feel it on the opposite and it's my thighs that are burning not my side booty, can someone really help me with this I remember seeing the video a year ago and I gave up and I feel like giving up again.

    I have a big butt naturally but what bothers me is that everytime I do squats, instead of growing my butt… IT GROWS MY THIGHS and I desire to have slim thighs, nothing too big ya know

    The first point is not 100% accurate. You can break it down into a 2 step process if that's your preference, but you can certainly lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Very possible.

    I have been doing jumping jacks hiit the last one month and I have noticed my booty has grown tremendously. I don’t understand this since I eat one meal a day of not more than 1500 calories.

    you dont have to work out forever to keep it. I stopped working out and my body changed the way i added weight, it started going to my ass. i never went back to how skinny i was sooo

    Some of these comments are crazy. It is actually possible to look and feel sexy before any crazy workouts, if you just eat good, clean food. Stop trying to "grow butt's" and grow your love for yourself. I love working out but so many of us are unhappy because we're bombarded with ratings and perfect bodies. I personally couldn't give up cardio for anyone.

    I can toooootally relate to this video. I lost like 20 pounds by doing resistance exercise and having a calorie deficit but i didn’t ate that much protein, soooo i ended up flat as a surfboard. Then, I decided to get booty gains by eating plenty whole foods with carbs and protein; and also doing heavy compound exercises. I did got my fabulous gains, but I also gain thigh fat and tummy fat. So right now I am in the journey of getting lean while still conserving my bootayyyyy. I NEED HELP I can’t get rid of the excess fat.

    I go to the gym very often and do amazing booty burning exercises that are slowly helping it grow BUT I’m on vacation in another country for a month and there’s no gym near me and I don’t have the heavy weights I love to use..I’m so scared my booty is gonna shrink more 😭😭 luckily I brought my weight bands, so I’m just gotta double up on reps to make up for the lack of weight

    I think you should work on your shoulders and back position. Your neck looks curved to the front of your body and your head it's supposed to be a few inches behind and your chest higher. When working out body posture is very important.

    carbs are needed to grow muscle… you may be able to grow some muscle on a keto diet or maintain your muscle mass on it, but that's gonna be infinitely harder. And lifting heavy is also a lot more efficient than bodyweight exercises. you can done a 1000 reps of a fire hydrant, that's not gonna do much overload after a while. You'll just have to spend more time with doing higher reps. While with lifting you can spend the same amount of time as increasing the weight will do the overload. I'd rather spend 10 minutes squatting with a bar than squatting for 30 minutes a day with my bodyweight… It's just not efficient…

    also one thing nobody tells people who want to grow booty: you can NOT grow your booty alone. Your thighs will grow with it. Like it or not. Kardashian-bootie is doctor-manufactured. If you work out, squatting, glute bridges, abduction, whatever you do, your thighs will also grow in the process.
