Hi my name is Shelia Lindsey and I’m here
on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to use the hip abduction machine. Alright
so how you get in is just sit down and make sure that you don’t trip on any of the stuff
on the floor here, make sure your back is rested up against the back of the seat, put
your feet on the stirrups, rest your legs against the pads, and of course before you
done this you adjusted your weight to whatever is appropriate weigh for you. If your just
starting out start off light and you want to do one set of 15 repetitions you’ll pull
the handle okay and make sure you go as far out as it’s comfortable for you. You should
feel a slight stretch on your inner thighs, what you’ll do is press together slowly and
controlled same thing just as slowly release for your control and know what you’ll do when
your done is that you want to make sure that you remember to pull the handle to release
the pads and lets them come in set the handle and the way you get out comfortably without
tripping over anything and that’s it.
