This video tutorial will help you get started with your Polar A370 using the Polar Flow Mobile App. You can also do the set up without taking the wristband off, just open the USB port cover. Plug your A370 into a powered USB port or a USB charger with the custom USB cable that came in the box. If the battery is completely empty, it takes a couple of minutes for the charging to start. Keep charging your A370 during the setup. Polar A370 connects to the Polar Flow mobile app wirelessly via Bluetooth. Make sure that your mobile device is connected to the Internet. Go to the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device and download the Polar Flow app. Open the Flow App. It recognizes your new A370 nearby and prompts you to start pairing it. Accept the pairing request and enter the Bluetooth pairing code from your A370 to the Flow app. Then create a Polar account or sign in if you already have one. We’ll walk you through the sign-up and setup within the app. To get the most accurate personal activity and training data, it’s important that you’re precise with the settings. Tap Save and sync when you’ve defined all the settings. Your personalized settings will now be transferred to the Polar A370. The Polar Flow app makes sure that your A370 stays up to date. To enjoy A370 at its best, please update the firmware whenever Polar Flow app offers a new version. A firmware update may take up to 10 minutes. Get the complete Polar experience by downloading FlowSync to your computer from “flow.polar.com/start”. Then you can sync your training sessios and changed settings also via USB cable to the Polar Flow web service on your PC. The Flow web service and Flow app automatically sync exercises, activity information and changed settings with each other. In the Polar Flow web service, you can analyze your training and activity in more detail.
