THERE WAS ALSO INDIVIDUAL COURSES WHERE I CAN TEACH YOU DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT, OR BODY, LOWER BODY. TERESA: HERE IS MY PROBLEM NOT TO MAKE IT ALL ABOUT ME,, BUT I GET SO INTIMIDATED GOING INTO A GYM. HOW DO YOU HELP SOMEONE THAT HAS THAT FEAR? OUR JIM IS A WELCOME AND JUDGMENT FREE ZONE. WE HAVE A FITNESS INSTRUCTOR TO SHOW YOU HOW TO USE THE LIMITS OF YOUR NOT INTIMIDATED. MOST PEOPLE ARE INTIMIDATED BECAUSE THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT PROPERLY. A LOT OF THINGS GOING ON SO THAT IS WHAT WE OFFER THAT TO GUIDE YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
