PERSEVERANCE – Body Transformation Weight Loss Fitness Motivation

To my friend for life, Perseverance. Before I met you, I gave up easily. Even the smallest set back caused
me to throw in the towel. I would quit before I began. You were larger than life unapproachable for people like me. I couldn’t imagine you would ever be my friend. I felt unworthy, incapable of having a friend with such strength. You challenged me to never give up and that seemed impossible. You were the perfect friend to so many others, but I doubted you would be the same to me. I watched you walk by with winners and achievers. I told myself you were out of my league. The pain of jealousy cut deep. I was angry at you and
all those who called you ‘friend’. You were part of an elite crowd that wouldn’t let the likes of me in. I saw your determination doggedness and devotion follow all those around you. I wanted more than anything to add you to my list of friends, to have what they had. Slowly, I got up and day by day resolved to continue
despite any and all difficulties. With you in my life each day I began to believe I could succeed. I couldn’t have done it without you, Perseverance and I love you for it. You build character, you support purpose and you make winning possible. Look at me, my friend I am a success because of your support
and who you are, Perseverance. If you weren’t a part of my life, I wouldn’t be here today celebrating this victory. I am forever thankful to you. You kept me going when I wanted to quit. You turned weakness into strength. I love you Perseverance and I am proud to call you, Friend.

You have a decent body, i'm glad for you yet you are giving false seek after overweight individuals that attempt to get fit as a fiddle. They will never get the outcomes you get in a similar time range, you as of now had huge amounts of muscles before you made this video. To individuals endeavoring to get fit as a fiddle from zero: continue attempting and don't surrender, you need to recollect its a marathon, not a dash. Consistency and devotion will get you the body you wan.

Most of today's doctors just want people to stay sick so they can keep making money off them. They themselves are sick deep inside.

Since I started including yoga and stretching in my daily routine I've been able to start running and lifting again.

So…girl can't help herself touching a man boob, perfectly acceptable–but a man looks at a woman's breasts and there's outrage. Yeah.

I wonder if he has gotten any chronically health-issues because of his transmissions? Like loss of head-hair and etc?

Of course I respect all of them for achieving such body transformations, but an important point seems to be missed. They are actors and this is their job! These people are paid 10-20 million dollars for these roles! I bet all of us would gladly spend 8 months in a gym for that sum of money.

Love you MyFitSociety I wouldn't mind being in the kind of shape Chris Hems worth is in; in the before pictures to be honest.

Most of their bodies, before the transformation , are those bodies that people, we, or I had been working out so hard to get in the first place.

if you already have the muscle definition its not hard to do a transformation. the hardest thing to do, we all know, is to go from skinny fat and having no muscle to getting big and ripped.

Why are some people hating on this. He made an amazing job and that took a lot of hard work for sure.
