[Leaned Single-Arm Lateral Raise] Adjust the back of an incline bench one or
two notches from upright and then adjust the seat to form a right angle. Lay with your side against the bench and arm
overtop or around the back. Tightly gripping a dumbbell, maintain a slight
elbow bend and initiate a quick lateral movement of the shoulder joint. Lower the weight under control and repeat
for reps. This is a good movement to emphasize the medial head of the deltoid and prevent
the use of momentum sometimes occurring with standing side laterals.
