Fitness has Leg Press machines! *laughter* When you take a seat, you can grab the lever to adjust yourself to a comfortable starting position. With your feet on the press, an ideal starting position is when your knee is at a 90 degree angle And your feet are about shoulder-width apart. You should adjust the weight to what feels comfortable for you. If you’re not sure how much to begin with,
start with a low amount of weight and work your way up slowly. Now grab hold of the handles next to your
seat, and you’re ready to start. Focus on pushing with your heels and maintaining good form with smooth, controlled movements throughout your workout. When you complete your workout, lower yourself back into the starting position and safely dismount the machine. Oh, and don’t forget to wipe down the equipment when you’re done.
