reason might just be one reason or another that makes our breast go down and look saggy in this video I’m going to show you how to actually get your breasts looking firm you know and back to it shape I do on a regular basis to really help firm my breath and give it a lift and this included at the chest press the close grip and the straight and pushups these exercises are really super exercise they help to really you know target those period muscles and help you lift the muscles on those area feel lifted and then keep your breasts actually a real Firm and lifted look so I advise you to do the Close Grip lying down on your back then hold your hands together try to push your hands forward using the shoulder blades why you’re doing this try to see how you can also bring your chest muscles those pictoria muscles repeat the move for like 15 times release that and then repeat 15 times of these for liked set and after this you move on to the next excercise which is chest press still lying on your back you only need to hold your hands wide apart and then try to move your hands forward using the shoulder blades and then your chest muscles bring it close as close as you can then release it and take it back to your start position repeated this move 15 times for like three sets so will now move on to the third exercise which has to do with push-up this is very basic pushup you just lie down facing down and then your hands forward straight forward under your shoulder and then you just pushup from the flow repeat the more for like 20 times if you can I basically don’t like doing much of pushups but because of setting area of my body i do push ups so and the chest is one of those everybody I like to work second regiment or treatment for the bread has to do with the cucumber mask
