How to properly stretch your forearm.


Hello again, my name is Dr. Stefan Wilson,
here at Chiropractic, Sport and Muscle Clinic in Calgary, Alberta, and today we are going
to show Aly how to stretch the muscle in her forearm. We are going to need your right arm
straight up in front of you, keeping your right elbow straight. Making a fist with your
right hand placing your thumb between your index and your middle fingers. Next we are
going to bring your left hand up grasping your right wrist, gently pulling down, we
are going to feel that stretch right here in your forearm. For the muscles on the other
side of her forearm we are going to have your right hand up, palm facing the ceiling, with
your left hand gently pulling down on your fingers, creating a stretch in this area of
