    For any one who's overweight they can just start running, and record everything (time, mileage, days/week). Try to beat your own record on the next next week. Don't stop, keep running!

    Pshhh here's how you do it he a stick smack a dog and run like hell for 3 days twice a week and that should increase your stamina

    Yeah track helped me a lot since I have to go really fast I need enough stamina to last the longer sprints. After a while some sprints were easier to run fast than a few weeks ago. Plus I play soccer defense so I sprint more than run.

    I NEED to have more stamina when I run im very fast faster then everybody in my grade but I hate running so I never do it so what I'm gonna do starting tomorrow is run two times a day one after school and one before I go to bed for 30 minutes each trying to see how long I can actually run until I can't take it anymore so say I can sprint for five minutes then I run half time (2:50 minutes) and take 2 minute brakes but then everyday it get longer and longer 😊😊

    Is it okay to use my dog to help me with this? I tied my dog's favorite treat on my back and he chases me, since he is really heavy I don't want to be pounced by him. That's why my dog encourages me to run faster :3

    I'm 12 and cross country is next week on monday its already wednesday night right now is there any type of exercise that i can do to build up stamina besides running? plz reply!! πŸ™‚

    I get winded from WALKING up the stairs so I'll start with half a mile then a mile then 2 ect. But I'm sooo slowπŸ˜²πŸ™„πŸ˜’πŸ˜–πŸ˜«πŸ˜¨πŸ˜«πŸ˜©πŸ˜©

    I'm nervous for cities for track!! I got in 1500 m and 800 m for distance. I'm a junior, but they put me as a senior because there were no senior girls that were going for distance. I'm scared.
