    Fun fact: when I was younger I would often get bored and search for videos like these in hopes finding out what i could do to get macho boi abs in only 6 minutes. But guess what, i never actually tried out those "quick fit" methods and thus never knew if they worked or not, assuming that they didn't and i was just wasting time. ( I still do 100% believe that there is no way you could get Abs only using a 6/10 minute trick.) Back in the summer of 2019, I (out of the blue) decided to start working out. things started off rough with breaking sweats rather easily, and having difficulties doing certain workouts without straining in like 2 minutes. but then i kept working out, strictly keeping to my plan of a bunch sit-ups , lifts, and a few push-ups at least 4 days every week. fast forward to end of Summer break, my arms are bigger in muscle, my stomach is more flat with a small, yet decent visual of ab muscle in my stomach and lower chest. Turn our heads over to now, and I workout every day after school for 15-30 minutes, my core is as strong as a rock, and I look like a mini Dwayne Johnson. It took dedication, trying to stay away from alot of sweets, putting aside certain things and whatever, etc. But all of it was worth it in the end.

    Mate just do pull ups and curl ups not all this extra junk that does barley anything for you

    This is my schedule:

    Push-ups=120
    Sit-ups=100
    Rush-and-twist=300
    Leg lifts with arms out=50
    X-men crunch=50

    Monday-Friday=workout
    Saturday-Sunday=break

    I see all these girls that are really pretty and that have flat stomachs and it makes me feel fat so I did this 5 times 😂😬
