I’m going to demonstrate for you how to do a dumbbell skullcrusher This is a great exercise can hit that tricep really hard so make sure you grab something dumbbells And you’re gonna lay down on a flat bench. I like to under hook my feet on these pegs right here So you lay down to your backs flat keep your core tight and hold the dumbbells over your head like this and you’re gonna let your arms fall back to about 90 degrees Then you’re gonna push straight up and breathe out Come back down above degrees. If you go a little bit past 90 degrees it’s okay breathe on the way up do one more That’s how you do a dumbbell skullcrusher.     I don’t think the arms should be straight up, they should be at an angle to gravity, elbows above forehead, like Athlean x said
