I was stressed before coming here, so I
feel like I’m more mentally energetic than before. That combination of fast and slow really
helps to connect with your muscles, like that mind-muscle connection. In soccer you do specific stretches and specific reclining exercises. Here was a mix of fast and slow, so it
was a good change of pace from what I usually do. So that slow part was perfect to calm me and soothe me, so that was really nice. I just feel like I was energized without having to work too hard or push myself. Its just like all your stress just coming out, because of the shaking and stuff. I do feel more energetic that I was before, I was yawning at the beginning. I feel like I can go home and do more things was when I was coming home from a yoga or like doing an interval training I feel like I just want to go to sleep.
