Functional Fitness Training Exercises for Beginners : Multidirectional Lunge for Functional Fitness

Hello my name is Carey Kepler and I’m a
functional training coach. If you want to improve the quality of your life, improve
your athletic ability or have a question about the following exercise you can contact me
at http://www.boundless-energy.com. The following exercise is a multi-directional lunge with
a medicine ball twist. During this exercise you’re going to use this entire body. While
improving the flexibility and range and motion of your torso. During this activity you’re
going to take a medicine ball, start light, you can always increase weight as you get
better and stronger with the exercise. You’re going to start with a lunge forward medicine
ball starts over your head as you lunge down you’re going to twist the medicine ball
to your side. You’ll stand back, and you’re going to switch directions. You’re going
to pivot your foot, lunge and twist, your back center, lunge and twist, and again to
the side. You’ll want to perform this exercise on both sides for eight to ten reps and of
course increasing up to fifteen.

I'm talking about the actual lunge, not the additional ball movement, that can be added at any time. She is supposed to be demonstrating a 'multi-directional lunge', that's why I commented on that, I couldn't care less if she fingered herself in the ass druing the movement, it's still wrong!
