Everyone knows that our lifestyle has gone through various changes over time Because of this, there are numerous lifestyle-related health problems around us The biggest challenge we and future generations are going to face is the absence of regular physical activity Good Health is the by-product of proper Physical Activity and Proper Eating Habits It’s the absence of these two factors that has led us to this pathetic situation where one has to consume man-made synthetic medicines to cure diseases We still have time to realise this, it’s not too late As I mentioned, our Mental and Physical health are dependent on proper eating habits and an active lifestyle If there is no Mental health, there is no Physical health Likewise, if there is no physical health, there is no mental health The lifestyle followed in our present day society affects a person’s health in numerous ways How many among us haven’t experienced Depression, Stress, and Anxiety? These mental pressures can affect a person’s health, even without them knowing it I will talk about this in detail in my upcoming videos Physical Activity can be briefly explained as the process by which the Skeletal muscles in the body use the energy accumulated from consuming food to facilitate movements The exercises that we are used to these days at the gym and other places are actually only a sub category of physical activity That is, They are routines we developed to overcome “the absence of physical activity” During the prehistoric days, being active was actually a way of life for humans It might be possible for a person to be more active throughout the day, rather than only during the half or 1 hour of physical activity at the gym or any other way But this where our present Lifestyle turns villainous and we fall victims Life is easy these days, everything is at our fingertips In this busy life most of us find happiness by relaxing and having the food that we like We have a lot of weaknesses these days that need overcoming In the old days, a person’s life was fully influenced by the environment and nature around him That has been shifted to corporations and other individuals. They influence a person’s life these days Everything now is pure business and exploitation that a normal person can never understand. At least, we can try to retain and protect our physical and mental health There are lot of things that have been forgotten and need to be brought back to our present lifestyle Through my channel, I intend to include some basic and advanced information that is necessary for our present day society I will see you in the next video.
