    You don’t do a HIIT workout, and stop cold after your interval. You need to keep moving around while β€œresting.” Just walk around, but don’t suddenly stop and stand still.

    I’ve got dystonia any advice? I get uncontrollable spasms in chest, shoulder and near my shoulder blade. I’ve got knots 24/7 in my chest, neck, shoulder almost the size of a golf ball.
