Let’s do it. Alright, so today’s question comes to us from Melonie H Melonie asks if the weight loss and heart rate zones on ellipticals are reliable for fat burn and weight loss? So those are going to be great to use as guidelines. There’s certain target heart rates that every individual has, and that’s based off of age, whether it’s a sedentary individual or if someone who’s been doing cardio for a little bit longer. So, there are guidelines that you can use at the treadmills and the ellipticals to kind of reach a certain target heartrate, but a better or a more useful tool would be to utilize a personal trainer because then we have specific formulas and methods that we can give you precise numbers to more efficiently reach that target heart rate zone.
