Anytime Fitness Coaching | Fitness Consultation


RACHEL PRAIRIE: The
fitness consultation is your first step in
getting to a healthier place. Whether you’re brand new to
exercise, or a workout fanatic, meeting one-on-one with a
certified personal trainer will help you maximize your
Anytime Fitness membership. We’ll collect a
bit of information about your experience,
wants, and needs to learn how we
can best serve you. Come dressed to move. We’ll take you through
five movement patterns to make sure the exercises
we choose for you are safe, effective, and fun. We’ll have you perform
enough repetitions to be sure you
have the confidence to do this on your own. And of course, make
any adjustments needed to the workout we’ve
designed specifically for you. Will then sit down and
plan out your next 30 days, so you walk away
feeling confident and armed with the tools and
resources you need to move closer to your goals. We’ll provide regular
follow ups with tons of helpful tips and advice. However, our most
successful members use our coaching programs. From a virtual nudge
to group training, we’ve got many coaching
options to help you get to a healthier place. If you haven’t scheduled your
