    Crazy workout lol but good! I definitely was sweating! My friends think I am nuts to do Bob Harper's workouts on you tube….obviously they have not tried this! I have a new person to whine about lol

    I just want to say I am incredibly grateful for you two putting these videos out. About 6 months ago, I got more serious about doing kettlebells on a regular basis. Your videos have helped me immensely and I'm so much stronger muscle and cardio wise now.

    I am curious how you get your calories burned estimates. Do you base those figures on yourselves? I have a Fitbit, but it doesn't really have a good estimate on my calories burned for kettlebell workouts.

    Anyway, keep up the great work, we appreciate you both!

    Hi guys. I've been doing these 45min kettlebell workouts for the past 2 weeks. I've never exercised before and I was very intimidated by weight lifting training. However, with your videos working out is fun and truly a learning experience. I'm getting to know my body and limits and it feels great!! Thank you so much for the effort you put into these videos.     Thanks Coach K and Claudia! This workout is insane! So good! Did on a freezing cold day and still sweating bucket loads! I didn't think I'd make it to the end, but I did, and I didn't pause the video! Have done this one twice now and love it. Thanks again guys. You two rock!

    just finished your workout, it's EXTREME. A little about me: I'm relatively fit, I have completed P90X multiple times. I am on my 3rd or 4th go around on P90X. I was looking for an extreme workout to fill in for the Yoga days because I don't do Yoga (I'm Catholic and Yoga is a form of Hindu worship… Look it up.) Anyway, I appreciate this free extreme work out and I will be using it every Thursday.

    Thank you for a great workout, and for pushing us who struggle to lift that five last push-ups. One thing though, I would like to continue hearing positive things about us who are listening and working out, but please no negative comments/connotations on those who sit /lie on the couch. We do not know why they are on the couch! πŸ™‚

    I have lost 11 pounds doing your workout couch Kozak and Claudia I'm so freaking happy thank you also for this one I'm a little sick so I have to rest for a couple seconds I have a clogged nose lol but I'm trying my best and will work harder each time God Bless πŸ’• I will keep updating πŸ’•
