    Love this workout, so full body. I'm having trouble losing fat specifically around my core (just my unfortunate genes), do you recommend this more strength-based workout to be paired with cardio/HIIT? Or will more strengthening moves/lifting burn more?

    Hi Christine. you are right this is a very challenging workout. I did it for the fourth time.
    I am a man of 62 with level between beginner + and intermediate.
    I found out this one OK for me at 75%% speed and some useful rests in the second half. In addition I almost skip the last movement (abs), quite impossible to me at the end of this workout. I mostly use 5 kg (11 pounds) dumbells, otherwise 3 kg (6,6 pounds).
    Aniway thanks a lot for the great job you make ! I will struggle again with your videos.

    I just finished Christine's other full body workout with weights. Though the vdo title and the description didn't include the information explaining that there were cardios, there were. So I was a bit disappointed as I usually run with my dogs and I prefer doing focused strengthening and toning muscles when Im at home. Christine's workouts are awesome. She is one of my favourites. However, I really think that Gymra could be more precise with the titles and description. They are doing everything else perfectly. This bit of information can be useful in helping the viewers select the workouts that are suitable for their fitness level and daily motivation. People who may have injuries or who look for something different to spice up the routines. Your representative titles can keep people coming back again and again. After I was done with the previous workout, which according to the titles and description, was supposed to be strengthening and toning, I did not feel my muscles challenged enough, though my heart rates went up. This VDO was the next vdo that comes up on my suggested list. Whilst the title includes it having cardios, I quickly skim through the vdos, it looks interesting and seems like it will be challenging on the muscles. Im about to give this one another try. Again, I would like to underline that I am a committed fan of Gymra and I love many of the trainers especially Christine. I just think the informative titles and description will make it perfect. Thank you so much for your hard work.

    A great one. Advanced with cardio intervals as stated. It was not too much cardios. And if you like, here you can more easily use the cardio interval period for bicep or tricep curls instead as the cardio is not built into each moves but separated. You have the option to lift more heavily and slowly here when compared with some other VDOs, which is especially suitable for people who are already lean and just want to build muscles. I use a pair of 10-kilo-weights. But I know there are superwomen out there who can lift much heavier! πŸ™‚ Thanks Christine. Thanks Gymra.

    Great workout but its so fast. Had to pause to catch up and Id consider myself pretty advanced. Maybe just a 3 second breaj while we set up for next move. Some people have small apartments lol

    Great moves…but wish it was better paced for accuracy of movement. I workout every day at an intermediate + level, but found this workout was too fast of a pace to complete each move with good form…which could lead to injuries. Wish music was incorporated and not just an elevator Muzak background moment.

    I have been doing the video for a few months now. I always switch it up but for some reason I always find my way back to this one. First few times I could barley keep up and would kind of tap out at the end abs section. I work out constantly and this video always challenges me. I still can’t quite keep up … but today I finished the entire thing full throttle in a puddle of sweat. Thank you 😊

    Christine Khuri is among the toughest instructors and I wasn't sure of getting through this. Though I couldn't quite keep up the pace in the burpees, for example, and I was sensible with the weights, I did the session. Hard work, very sweaty and heart-pumping, but good. Looking forawrd to showering and recovering with a cup of healthy tea!!
