10 MIN NO EQUIPMENT BACK WORKOUT || Lose Back Fat, Underarm Flab & Bra Bulge – At Home Routine


[Music] welcome to this back workout in this back workout we are going to be waging war on back fat no more back fat you got to go [Music] when you’re doing this you want your shoulder blades to be kissing each other the closer you get your shoulder blades to touch the more you’re engaging your back muscles and that’s good that’s good because that’s part of what’s going to help us get rid of that back fat you are going to be hot [Music] next we’re going to be doing some bent over rows down again you want to make sure you are engaging your back muscles like oh I am Thor let’s go people [Music] [Music] make sure you keep your core tight your back as straight as possible and pinch those shoulder blades together don’t worry about looking constipated we all look constipated when we do this but it’s okay because we’re gonna be looking good so just keep going I am so proud of you for doing this work [Music] next we are going to do bent over pulses which is the same as before except now you are just flapping those little arms like a little bird that’s trying to fly [Music] don’t feel frustrated if you feel like you’re not getting everything perfect it took me a while to to start getting these moves so just be patient with yourself just be proud of yourself that you’re working out because you are lapping all those people eating Doritos on the couch yeah I see you I see you but it’s okay cuz I still love you time to get funky funky grab a mat if you can you can do this on the floor too and we are going to do Superman try to get your quads your thighs off the floor if you can get your chest up as much as you can [Music] I have no idea why this is called Superman I think it needs a new name you guys need to comment and give us a new name because this does not look like Superman [Music] you’re doing a really good job and we’re more than halfway through after this one more move and you get a break you get a break don’t stop just keep going [Music] [Music] good next we’re going to do that same move but now you add a little pool again you’re pulling your shoulder blades like four and this is really going to work your back and help you get rid of that back fat and build some nice tone you know sexy sexy going on back there just keep doing this just keep going just a few more seconds and you get a break the back of your thighs are probably spazzing out and cramping by now but that’s okay cuz you got this you got this and you are going to beast it to the end mm-hmm good job you get a full minute to rest and then we’re gonna come back while you wait please take a second to subscribe to my youtube channel it’s free Anna means so much to me and also check the description box for free stuff as usual [Music] [Music] [Music] are you ready let’s get back into it with the arm circles just keep your shoulder blades tied together in the back and roll roll roll good job [Music] if your arms start to get tired or your back starts to get tired you can get really funky and roll in the opposite direction doesn’t matter as long as you do the exercise [Music] [Music] okay time to do this caveman exercise again you want to bend over like a constipated person and raise your arms squeezing those shoulder blades together as much as you can you can just imagine that you’re trying to pinch a pencil between your shoulder blades to really get the movement [Music] you look so good doing this you’re gonna be looking fabulous in no time backless dresses hot bikinis here you come [Music] okay we’re almost at the end you want to do you’re constipated I’m sorry I mean you’re bent again and you want to do that same movement and then pulse at the top like a cute little bird trying to fly for the very first time pinching those shoulder blades together like I got this I got this I’m so proud of you [Music] you’re doing really good just keep focusing on what you’re doing keep focusing on the movement and you are going to reach your goals just keep working hard [Music] next we’re moving into Superman’s you want to lift those thighs off the floor and lift your chest off the floor at the same time hold for as long as you can relax and then do it again it’s like mmm I’ll stop making funny sounds now [Music] I see some of you trying to relax it’s not nap time it’s time for a Superman come on you got this after this one more exercise and you’re done that’s it finito you’re doing good [Music] well how’s exercise to blast that back fat back Bo pools rays and pool relax rays pool relax you’re doing good [Music] if you’re already wondering what to eat after this workout like me how about I suggest some chicken breasts you can’t go wrong with chicken breasts I’m just saying almost there keep going [Music] thank you so much for working out with me today I love you guys so much subscribe and I’ll see you in my next workout video [Music]

    I've been doing this 6 days and I can tell you I already see a HUGE difference on my back. It's more curved and less bulge I'm going to keep on doing this 😀

    I'm pushing myself these next 2 weeks. My prom is on the 26th and my prom dress is an inch short from zipping up and I also really want to just not show any back fat or arm flab. I'm also doing a few other workouts, adding to this. The time put all together is 25 minutes of workouts. I'm also on a low carb diet and also taking my dog for walks around the block about 3 times a day. We will see. 👌👌👌👍👍👍👍

    Update: I got really lazy and now I only have 4 days to slim down my back and my arms. I'm also doing an exercise to get rid of my double chin and tone my legs. I have so much I want to change before my prom in 4 days. Ugh.

    I have really bad back fat I’ve lost weight recently but the back fat is still there!! I will be starting this workout tomorrow Friday 4/26/19 and I’ll give you guys a weekly update just so people can see if it works or not stay tuned (:
    Week 1: I ate the worst this week and only exercised about 3 times

    Thank you soooo much for teaching us the proper way to do all of these reasonably easy arm and shoulder exercises. Btw, they also slightly help strengthen the core muscles!
    Also, your bubbly sense of humor and words of encouragement help me to work through the pain until I can get my upper body toned up like yours❣😉

    I just finished doing this workout and I am surprised at how muchit works the back and arm muscles with no weights. You instantly feel the burn. Its a few easy moves but I broke a sweat. IT works

    i love this workout but idk if i’m doing the superman wrong or not but it’s bruising an area that shouldn’t be bruised if you know what i mean. i’m trying to figure out where to put my pressure but i cant seem to not hurt down there. tips?

    I've included this in my workout routine, did this almost everyday for a month – after a month I've really seen a huge difference. Back fat was always a HUGE issue for me so I am SO happy I found this workout <333333 I still continue to do this at least 3 times a week. So YES this workout really does work, you just have to keep yourself motivated and keep doing it!

    Day 1: I did the work out expect from the last one but I took breaks through it sooo tomorrow I’m gonna try without stopping and actually complete the work out
    Day 2: I did the workout but the bent over pulses are really hard and I did take breaks sooo

    I am 14 and I have a lot of back fat because I just ate everything but I’m starting to not crab stuff at 2 in the morning 😂😂 so ima try this out

    Day 1: it was hard at first but as i was doing the second rep it got easy

    Day 2: it got easier as I went don’t see much of a difference

    Day 3: it’s a lot easier for me now and I see more of a difference
