減少手臂下面的肥肉! 我們用雙手畫圈圈來開始運動 也許你會覺得太簡單,但是這個運動很會讓手臂和腋下暖身,準備燃燒脂肪 還有,不停的做45秒不會你想像的那麼容易! 站直,腳在腰的正下面,雙手左右伸出 雙手往前畫圈圈22秒然後再換往後的方向 你可以看到我是全部的手臂都在畫圈圈,要好好的練下面的部分 不能只是用手或者前臂畫圈圈 手動得越用力,脂肪燃燒得越多 手臂要維持直線,時間到之前不能放下! 先休息15秒,下一個運動叫做 拉手,會讓手臂下面更收緊 雙手往前伸出,手掌向地板 手肘拉到背的後面 雙手再伸出到開始的姿勢,這算一次 因為這些運動會特別練到我們平常會忽略的一些肌肉,所以你要很專心把每一個運動做好 做的越正確越努力,效果會越好 很好 第三個運動會把有氧運動和手運動混合在一起,燃燒更多腋下的脂肪 跳捷克,加油! 雙腳往左右邊跳,同時雙手舉起來 腳再跳回中間,雙手也同時下來到腰的兩邊 盡量做快一點 手也用力一點,這樣你能燃燒更多脂肪 挑戰自己,45秒都不要停! 要減少腋下的脂肪嗎?必須要努力運動哦! 很棒!你現在應該有一點喘 休息15秒然後第四個運動叫做 手臂彎著畫圈圈 這會讓腋下更加酸痛更加燃燒脂肪 雙手彎著,前臂向上 用手肘往前畫很大的圈圈 22秒以後換往後的方向畫圈圈 每個圈圈會幫你的腋下燃燒脂肪 要努力一點,讓每個圈圈都有效 已經到第五個運動 膝蓋俯臥撐 趴在地毯上,手在肩膀正下面,膝蓋也在地毯上 手肘彎,讓身體下來到地毯上 背要維持直 屁股不要翹起來,肩膀往後也往下 手肘要在身體的旁邊 手肘彎到90度的時候,把身體推上來,這算一次 要45秒完全不停的做這個運動很難 你可以看到我做得很痛苦,也越來越難不讓屁股翹起來 要盡力! 你是因為要有好的結果才一起來運動 我也希望你可以有很好的結果,但必須要我們一起努力才行! 不能放棄,不能懶惰! 你們這樣堅持到底真的讓我以你們為榮! 要再站起來,下一個運動叫做 敲鈴 也許你曾經跟我做過,這個運動又好玩又有效! 雙手一起握拳,放在頭的後面 手肘要彎 然後手伸直,好像你在打頭上的一個虛擬的鈴 動作要很用力 手再回到頭的後面 很抱歉我的手在鏡頭外,但是你應該可以了解動作怎麼做 假裝你要很大聲的敲這個鈴,讓這個運動最有效 你們可以在螢幕裡看到我每次敲鈴的時候我手臂的下面會震動 這是我們要特別練的地方! 加油,別放棄! 運動完成超過一半! 第七個運動叫做慢跑加打拳 這又是一個手臂運動加有氧運動,會更有效的燃燒脂肪 先在地毯上開始慢跑,手在身體的前面 沒跑每兩步一隻手要往前打拳,輪流左手右手45秒 跑越快,打越用力 燒脂肪的效果越好,特別是在手臂的下面 打拳的時候要想起你為什麼要運動 這個運動可以讓你更接近你的目標 每天願意為了目標而付出的人就是會成功的人! 只剩下三個運動哦 第八個運動叫做 上下,會特別練到手臂的下面 手要彎90度,前臂向前方 手掌向地板 維持90度彎,雙手開始上下移動 要用力的用雙手把空氣打下來 享受手的酸痛,運動快完成了 也能跟手臂下面和腋下的肥肉說再見 第九個運動叫做 牆壁俯臥撐 就算你沒辦法做正常的俯臥撐,這個你一定可以,我很愛這個運動! 你可以用腳跟牆壁的距離來調整運動的難度 雙手掌貼在肩膀前面的牆壁 腳往後走兩三步,手掌還貼在牆壁上 腳往後走越遠,運動會越難 手肘彎著讓身體往前靠(頭不要撞到牆壁) 手肘要在身體的旁邊,不要往外 用腹肌維持全身頭到腳都是一條直線 然後用身體的中心和手,把自己推回開始的位置 我挑戰你們盡量要離牆壁遠一點,讓運動更有效 雖然不容易,但是沒有不勞而獲的事! 一起完成,不能停 很好!最後一個運動叫做 翅膀往下切 這是一個新的版本 腳站得比肩膀寬一點,上半身要彎到快跟地板平行 屁股往後翹,膝蓋彎一點,雙手用力從身體前面往後切然後回到的前面握拳 雙手往後的時候要盡量用力一點 每次都要用力,剩下不到一分鐘的時間 加油,讓運動有效 要相信這是達到目標的過程,我知道你會成功! 我們成功完成了! 很棒,希望你們喜歡這次的運動 記得拉筋一下 也記得要用#ChangewithEmi 來紀錄你的進步,還有跟這裡的社群連結上 我們都一起在健康的路上,要彼此支持鼓勵 喜歡這個影片的話 要按讚,留言,訂閱 還要按鈴的按鈕 這樣你不會錯過新的影片

    Day 1:my arms feel the burn and i love it. Day 2:when i woke up my underarm hurts a bit,,then i do the workout after my 7 days programe and i'm a little tired….i feel the burn

    My 3rd week I follow your exercises and I’m really hoping to see changements very soon 😁 and I do your exercices everyday without exception. I do have a belly and try to burn it, same for my thighs fat, and try to tone my booty ( it starts to get tone ), I work my arms, back, armpits and chest as well, I follow you. But I think for my belly I’ll need to go on walks for more results. That belly is here for years now it won’t gone that easily

    Question : is that normal if my arms are getting muscular doing that ?

    I began doing this workout because I was sick of having fat arms and armpitfat but WOW!! You are actually the only one who can make me, someone who gives up after one try, keep doing this for almost 5 days!! Maybe it’s the way when you mute the music and start talking about reaching your goal but I love it! I am so glad I found you and this really helps, I am 4 days in and I already see the difference!     my armpit fat is the one that makes all my insecurities show tighter . like if i wear a tube top or tank top , my armpit fat will show . that's when i think i'm the fattest the most . i am 72 pounds & im 5'0 now thank you emi . although i still continue to skip meals

    day one • felt a lot of burn coming from my under arm

    day two • i skipped today

    day three • i did this workout twice to add up from yesterday ( i noticed a bit changes )

    day four • i also skipped today

    day five • i skipped today . i know i'm so bad at doing these

    day six • i did this workout 3 times from when i skipped ( it's gotten wayyy better !!!!! )

    Hi, right now I’m pairing this workout with the 15min burn thigh fat workout (of cos from Emi too!). Hope i see some results after 1month! I had progressively updated everyday for the thigh workout. I will do the same for this too.

    On January 1, 2019 my weigh was 230. Today I weigh 183.3. I plan on trying these exercises. I go to the gym 6 days a week. I am going to do most of these in the pool. There is one thing we were taught is to never lick a muscle, I notice that you do this on all the exercises. Just wondering.

    day 1:
    its just getting started, well my arm hurts a lot and makes me trembling when pick some stuff hahaha. maybe bcs i ve been lazy all this time and that is the side effects 🙂

    day 2:
    my arms still hurting but its not tired as yesterday. i feel like my arms a little bit harder, not jelly as yesterday too

    day 3:
    well my arms feel a little bit harder than yesterday, its not a much different but im feelin great!

    day 4:
    my arms not hurts anymore, i used to it. but i see no difference on my arms, maybe its a little harder but not gettin smaller like what i want. (HAHAH WTF i wanted, its just 4 days) okey cheer up

    day 5:
    hmm i think im used to it, but not really hahaha. keep processing

    day 6, day 7:
    as usual, maybe i want to try this for a few weeks bcs i just doing this exercise once perday. so the effects dont go very well(?)

    i will do it for 21 days. i will keep you updated everyday if i see changes or not.

    1 like = 1 motivation

    DAY 1 – i finished it without taking a water break and even small breaks in between excercises. it burns a lot in my arms.

    DAY 2 – wasn’t able to do it necause i was sick

    DAY 3 – still sick

    DAY 4 – exercises seemed easier than day 1

    ps. i am doing the arm circles and wall push ups every morning nefore going to school

    I started to do that 3 days ago. I’m gonna update you every day,
    Day 1✅- did the exercises and it went pretty well. I’ve struggled with the push ups at first, but I tried my best.
    Day 2✅ – I didn’t do the workout today because by arms burned REALLY BAD
    Day 3✅- done, I kinda feel like it’s getting easier, for now I can’t see results but it’s too early.
    Day 4✅- done. It was way easier the the first day
